Ticketing Policy (Eventbrite)

Ticket Sales & Availability

All Vibe Flow Festival ticket sales are processed securely through Eventbrite. Ticket availability is limited to preserve the intimate nature of the Kinzua Heritage Grounds. All sales are subject to Eventbrite's Terms of Service in addition to these event-specific policies.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Weekend Flow Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days before the event. Day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event of event cancellation, refunds will be issued through Eventbrite within 10 business days.

Age & Admission

All attendees must present a valid ticket at the gate. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Vivacious Flow Arts reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, including code of conduct violations.

Vendors, Volunteers & Musicians

PandaDoc Application Agreements

Application Process

Vendor, volunteer, and musician applications are processed via PandaDoc. By submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate information and acknowledge that submission does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Binding Agreements

Once an application is accepted and a PandaDoc contract is executed (digitally signed by both parties), it constitutes a binding agreement. Specific terms for compensation, space allocation, and responsibilities are detailed within each individual contract.

Cancellation by Applicant

Accepted vendors, volunteers, or musicians who cancel within 30 days of the event may forfeit any deposits or fees paid. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Vibe Flow Festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor camping, fire arts performances, and physical workshop participation. All attendees acknowledge and accept these risks upon entering the grounds.

Code of Conduct

Vibe Flow is a consent-mandatory community. Any behavior that is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or non-consensual will result in immediate removal from the grounds without refund. Respect for all community members and the land is non-negotiable.

Prohibited Items

No firearms, illegal substances, or single-use plastics are permitted on the grounds. Glass containers, open flame outside designated fire zones, and drones are strictly prohibited. Vibe Flow reserves the right to inspect bags at the gate.

Liability Waiver

By entering the Kinzua Heritage Grounds for Vibe Flow Festival, all attendees agree to hold harmless Vivacious Flow Arts, the Kinzua Heritage Grounds, and all associated personnel from claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in festival activities.

Respecting the Land

Kinzua Heritage Grounds: Land Use

Leave No Trace

Strict adherence to Leave No Trace principles is mandatory for all attendees. Pack out all waste, respect wildlife, stay on designated paths, and leave the grounds as you found them. Violations may result in removal from the event.

Designated Fire Zones

Open flame is only permitted in designated fire zones as marked on the event map. Personal campfires outside these zones are strictly prohibited. Fire performance artists must coordinate with the Fire Safety team before any performance.

Camping Guidelines

Camping is permitted only in designated camping areas included with the Weekend Flow Pass. Quiet hours are observed from midnight to 7 AM in residential camping zones. Day-pass holders may not camp on the grounds.
